11. Our payment plans operate over a period agreed at time of deposit. We require a 20% non refundable deposit which secures your item and then regular monthly payments from your credit card. Your item will be shipped once the plan completes via your chosen method. A payment plan can only be cancelled due to exceptional circumstances and only at the discretion of the Famous Memorabilia management, any balance you retain will be issued only in the form of store credit and cannot be transferred to any other existing payment plan. No cash refunds. Store credit can only be used in the Famous Memorabilia office (London or Los Angeles) at which the payment plan was held. In the event of a cancellation, the 20% deposit is absolutely non-refundable and non-transferable to other products.

Our COA is transferable to a new owner. Each item is allocated a unique serial number which enables us to store the original sale on our database. As long as our original COA accompanies the original item we will treat that inquiry as if it was from the original buyer. 13. Only the memorabilia item shown in the photos of a given product listing is included in the sale. Mannequins, display stands, scale measures and color charts are not included with your purchase, unless expressly stated in the product description.
