REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE GOODS BOUGHT ON FAMOUS MEMORABILIA.COM AND TELEPHONE PURCHASES?

We are happy to exchange or refund any items. Famous Memorabilia Ltd cannot be held liable for courier charges, customs duties or lost parcels. Gift Cards and e-vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. When returning an item, please ensure it is packaged securely in its original condition (with all wrapping, corners and bubble bags) and enclosing the original Dispatch Note. This will ensure that your return is processed speedily. If you are returning items from outside the UK please use a tracked or signed-for mail service. Return address labels are provided for your convenience. Although we do not repay delivery charges (except in the unlikely event that your item is faulty), if you place an exchange you will not be charged for delivery of your exchange order. If we need to charge or credit you on an exchange order which was not arranged online our Customer Care team will contact you. Please note: We must be notified of any missing or defective items within 7 days of receipt of an order.

IF I ORDER OVER THE PHONE OR AT famous memorabilia.COM BUT NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING, CAN I TAKE IT BACK TO ONE OF YOUR STORES FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Customers can also return items purchased online to their nearest UK standalone store in person, for an exchange or store credit. please take you dispatch note as proof of purchase.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN ITEMS BOUGHT ON famous memorabilia.com TELEPHONE PURCHASES?

We are happy to exchange items or offer a store credit that have not been altered, and have the original box and packaging within 14 days of original order receipt. No cash refunds are given. Famous Memorabilia Ltd cannot be held liable for courier charges, customs duties or lost parcels. Gift Cards and e-vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ITEMS BOUGHT IN famous memorabilia STORES?

For goods bought in stores, returns and exchanges can only be processed in the store and country in which the purchase was made.

UK, Europe stores returns including Christmas Pop Up Stores:

Returns with original receipts within 14 days of purchase. This is subject to final inspection by our buying team on orders over £150. When an item of over this value is returned you will be given a receipt for the good, we shall inspect the item and as long as we are satisfied that the frame has not been tampered with we shall refund the original card that the item was purchased on. Or in the case of a cash transaction a bank transfer will be instigated.

Please note that if you have originally paid by card and would like a refund, you will need to bring the card used to make the original purchase with you as proof of purchase.

We will not refund in store or online until the goods have been received and inspected at our warehouse. We will not refund without original receipt within 28 days of purchase. We will not refund returns without receipt after 28 days. We will not refund sale or Clearance merchandise.
